Welcome to Littledown
Littledown, is an extremely well located suburb in Bournemouth, situated very close to main road A338 (Wessex Way), which takes you directly to Southampton or Poole. Originally, the area was a small settlement complementing what used to be Holdenhurst Village, but has transformed in recent years to a lively residential suburb.
Nowadays, the area (off Holdenhurst Road) has numerous flat complexes and houses to choose from, giving potential buyers a lot of choice. Residents also are lucky enough to have the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Cooper Dean on their doorstep, providing excellent facilities a short drive away.
In terms of open spaces and leisure activities, locals can enjoy Littledown Park and Littledown Leisure Centre. More and Yellow buses run direct links to Bournemouth centre, and it’s a short 7 minute drive to Bournemouth train station.
Introducing Harewood Avenue
Harewood Avenue is a popular residential road in the pleasantly green and facility-rich area of Kings Park, Bournemouth.
Most houses are 4 bedroom detached new builds, making the road perfect for family homes, but the avenue does also feature 2 and 3 bed detached properties, as well as some bungalows. Some of the houses have been converted into modern flats – giving a great range of properties to choose from.
